Orders & Payments

Placing Orders

When you place an order with Mohit World, you are making an offer to purchase products at the listed price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Payment Terms

• We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available)
• All payments are processed securely through our certified payment gateways
• You warrant that you are the authorized holder of the payment method being used
• In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed until payment is successfully received
• We do not store your full payment card details on our servers

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any charges, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@mohitworld.shop or call +91 97333 88889. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned subject to our Return Policy.

Delivery & Shipping

Mohit World delivers products across Hyderabad and select areas of Telangana. Delivery terms are as follows:

• Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of checkout and are not guaranteed
• Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control including weather, logistics partner delays, or address verification issues
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address
• Mohit World is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery
• If a delivery attempt fails and you are unavailable, a re-delivery may be attempted or the order returned to us, at which point we will contact you to reschedule

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
• Certain products such as consumables, perishables, and personalized items are non-returnable
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
